Mariane serves as the CEO of Task-Wise VA Consultancy Inc. and Co-Founder of WorkSync Opum Solutions, where she helps global businesses scale by connecting them with top-tier Filipino accountants and CPAs. In 2023 and 2024, she was recognised as one of the Top 100 Filipinos on LinkedIn, reflecting her passion for leadership, mentorship, and community building. Mariane leads a Facebook community of 24,000 accountants and CPAs, sharing insights, tools, and learning opportunities. She has collaborated with partners from Australia, Singapore, Canada, and Israel, supporting the launch of AI-powered accounting software in the Philippines. Her mission is to empower people, strengthen businesses, and create opportunities that drive growth and impact worldwide.

Tony Devin

Group CEO, FRM Consulting Group

Tony is the founder and Group CEO of FRM Consulting Group, the parent company of CDM Recruitment Partners. With decades of experience in financial services, business strategy, and operational leadership, Tony brings direct executive management experience running organisations of up to 50 staff across every facet of financial services. He has hands-on experience in acquiring, integrating, and exiting financial services firms. His deep understanding of organisational design, team building, and what makes great hires stick gives CDM a strategic edge that goes well beyond traditional recruitment.

David Kellam

Chief AI Officer

David leads CDM's AI strategy and technology infrastructure, driving the automation and efficiency gains that allow CDM to deliver recruitment at half the industry-standard cost. With extensive experience in technology-driven business transformation and having personally hired over 100 staff across technical and professional roles, David brings a rare combination of deep technical capability and practical hiring experience. He ensures CDM's AI-powered processes enhance rather than replace the human judgement that great recruitment demands.
